Well let's talk about the ways that you plan to remain fit during vacation season, and more importantly cookout season.
What are some challenges you face trying to maintain that physical workout schedule during the summer months? Let's dispel those excuses.....
Weather's warmer, so we can get outside, but now it's too hot, and I am not sacrificing this hairdo!
Cooking on the grill is the way to go, grilled foods are better than fried, but pork ribs twice a week? maybe not. Bring with you an open mind, and any suggestions/recommendations as to how to keep it healthy.
